Return Process

  Place the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories, to ensure a full refund and prevent damage during transit.

  Ship Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
